Darling Roasts
William Faulkner once said, “Kill your darlings”. He was talking of writing, of course, and the sad fact that not everything you write is worthy of inclusion in the finished book. So it is with writing, so it is with coffee. Not every batch of coffee I roast will be the peak of perfection, the epitome of excellence, tipiest of tops.
But why kill your darlings when you can just sell them at a discount? The good news is the green (yet-to-be-roasted) coffee I buy is very good. Thankfully that means our experimental roasts are also still very tasty. So! Simply select your roast preference and I’ll send a single-origin or blend depending on what’s available. On that note - due to the nature of these roasts, they will not always be available at all roast levels. I appreciate your understanding!
